This is a list of military personnel from California killed in Iraq as of March 2004. All names were taken from a list in the North County Times, dated 21 Mar 2004 (pages A-6 thru A-10), except the following which came from the San Diego Union-Tribune: Gonzalez, Victor A.; Rocha, Moses Daniel,; and Gardner, Derek, L.

This list was compiled from both obituaries and WWI registration cards on file in the Pioneer Room at the Escondido library.
